About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality meat products

• Breaking down and trimming primal cuts

• Producing value-added products and displays

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Meat Department

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Butcher

• Previous retail butchery experience preferred

• Strong knife skills and product knowledge

• Excellent customer service skills

• High standards of presentation and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude
